Business celebrates 21st anniversary

A TEWKESBURY business has celebrated its 21st birthday this weekend with a champagne reception, crediting its ongoing success to the love of technology and long-standing customer relationships.

Quintech Computer Systems supplies computer hardware solutions and accounting software, including manufacturing and database systems, training, computer support and programming to local businesses since it started operating in 1991.

The company, which started life in the middle of the last UK recession, offering hardware, software, training, programming and IT support to a wide range of businesses, is marking this significant birthday not only during the midst of equally challenging economic times, but during the company’s most successful financial year to date.

Dominic Beck Johnson, sales director at Quintech said: “We feel the length of time some of our customers have been with us, some since day one, combined with several very long serving team members, is thanks to our traditional values and ‘family’ mentality of the business.

“Our skilled, approachable team and ‘one-stop-shop’ approach to IT and network solutions, as well as the personal touch we offer our customers are undoubtedly the reasons we have been successful for so long.”

Roger Bass, a financial controller at FATA Automation Ltd, has worked with Quintech Computers for the past twelve years. He said: “We wish Quintech Computers a very happy 21st birthday. It’s a pleasure to work with a local company that has such an established reputation. We wish them all the best for the next 21 years.”

Mr Johnson added: “We would like to thank all our customers during this celebratory year and look forward to continuing to help businesses use and benefit from enterprise IT, including cloud, VOIP and disaster recovery, in the future.”
